Delivery Information:
At Slitherin Reptiles we believe in being upfront about our delivery costs.

• The maximum price you will pay is shown at Checkout.
• We group products together so you get a reduced price.
• When you checkout the total delivery price is shown.
• We offer FREE delivery.

Dispatch Information:

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
• Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that day
• Orders placed after 1pm are not guaranteed to dispatched that day.
• Live & Frozen food will not be dispatched on a Fridays, Saturday or on Sundays due to our couriers not working and the risk that the goods will perish in the couriers warehouse over the weekend. We will process your order Monday for fresh delivery. 
• Dispatch emails & information are sent throughout the day.

Who will deliver my order?
Depending on weight/ length, your order will be delivered by one of two methods, you may be able choose which method you prefer when you order your products.

Carriers we use: 

TNT- Next Day Delivery over 10kg or orders containing Frozen Foods. 

Parcel Force - Next day Delivery under 10kg. Not containing Frozen Foods

APC - Next Day Delivery ONLY Frozen Food Under 20kg 

Royal Mail - 1-2 Delivery under 3kg.
